DialerX is the software portal agents use to manage their subscription, states, and dialer access — we don't originate any outbound calls ourselves. Every lead is a TCPA-compliant request submitted by the consumer, often someone who already has coverage in place and asked to be connected with an agent. That makes this closer to customer service than telemarketing: real people who opted in, reaching out because they asked to be.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getdialerx.com and the DialerX platform (the "Service"), operated by PR Digital LLC ("Company," "DialerX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

DialerX is a technology platform that connects registered agents with live prospects for calling purposes. DialerX is a software/technology provider only — we do not generate, sell, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of any lead or call, and we do not provide insurance, financial, or legal services of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Agent accounts additionally require acceptance of the separate DialerX Agent Terms & Conditions presented at first login.

3. Payments, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring weekly or bi-weekly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are final — we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with lead volume, call outcomes, technical issues, or early cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfering with its normal operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or violating applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, or consumer protection laws (including the TCPA) in connection with any call made through or facilitated by the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe (payments) and ReadyMode (dialer software). Your use of those services is also subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of any third-party service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with DialerX are the property of PR Digital LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PR Digital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
